Current release: Chart Detector monitors patterns using closed candles and needs no image upload. Image upload is not available in this release; the screenshot reader is a separate upcoming feature. Any image-processing descriptions below apply if that feature is offered and to previously processed images. Existing history, deletion rights and legal protections remain unchanged.

Five-point summary
- Namatak helps you learn to read charts. It alerts you to the patterns you choose to follow and explains, in plain language, what appears on a chart.
- It is an educational tool. It teaches and explains, and every decision stays with you. It does not give investment advice and it never trades for you.
- Explanations are generated by AI. Treat them as a learning aid: they can be wrong or incomplete, so check them against your own judgement.
- Your account shows access and usage limits. Where paid plans are available, the price, period and renewal terms are shown before confirmation.
- Your account is yours. You can delete it at any time from inside the app or by writing to us — see the Delete Account page.
1 · Who we are and what these terms are
1.1. The Namatak app and the namatak.com website (together, the "Service") are operated by Springwood Advertising Company (a Single Person Company) — registered in the State of Kuwait, license No. 2020/18325, commercial registration No. 433132 — ("we" or the "Operator").
1.2. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and us. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer, and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.3. The Privacy Policy and Disclaimer are an integral part of these Terms.
2 · Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
2.2. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
3 · What Namatak is — a tool for learning
3.1. Namatak is an educational tool that uses AI to describe what is visible in a chart image the user uploads: the visible technical pattern, drawn support and resistance levels, the general trend, conditional scenarios ("if X happens, the pattern is invalidated"), a risk note, and a short lesson.
3.2. The Service does not provide investment or financial recommendations or advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, currency or asset, nor price targets. The Service does not know your financial situation, goals or risk tolerance, and does not take them into account.
3.3. Namatak is an education service. It is not a broker, an investment adviser or a licensed financial institution, and it is not regulated by the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait, the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia or any other financial regulator. If you need personal financial advice, speak to a licensed professional.
3.4. The Service does not connect to any trading account, does not execute trades, and does not hold any funds or assets for the user.
3.5. You stay in control. Any financial or investment decision you make is yours and your responsibility. Financial markets carry risk and you can lose some or all of your capital, so never rely on a single source.
4 · How to treat AI explanations
4.1. Outputs are produced automatically by an AI model based solely on an image. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading or outdated, and may misidentify the asset, timeframe, pattern or levels.
4.2. No human reviews outputs before they are shown to you.
4.3. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose of the outputs, nor that any scenario shown will occur. Past pattern performance does not indicate future results.
5 · Your account
5.1. You can look around as a guest. An account lets you keep your choices and history, turn on alerts and enter an access code.
5.2. You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for all activity under it.
5.3. One account per person. The account may not be shared, sold or transferred.
6 · Price, plans and access
6.1. Your account shows available features and usage limits. Where a paid plan is available, the app shows its exact price, currency, billing period and whether it renews automatically before confirmation.
6.2. When paid plans are offered, a plan bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google through your store account, under that store's terms. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. A plan bought on the web follows the terms shown at checkout.
6.3. We may also issue access codes, for example for testers or promotions. Entering a code creates no financial obligation and results in no charge.
6.4. An access code, or a plan once plans are offered, comes with an analysis allowance, set as a total amount or a monthly amount. Your account shows the allowance type, what you have used, what remains and the next monthly reset, if applicable.
6.5. Plans, codes and allowances may change over time; the app always shows what applies to your account.
7 · Usage limits
7.1. Analyses count toward the allowance attached to your account and access code. The app shows usage and remaining allowance. Invalid images may be declined or counted as shown in the app.
7.2. You may choose which patterns to receive alerts about and the alert channel. Alerts go to a registered app device as push notifications, and to your browser when you turn on browser notifications in the web app. You can turn either off at any time in the alert settings. Alert volume does not reduce or follow your analysis allowance. The app shows alert processing status; a send attempt does not mean that you read an alert.
8 · Acceptable use
You may not:
- (a) Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation in your country of residence, including securities laws.
- (b) Republish or distribute the Service's outputs to third parties as recommendations or advice, sell them or offer them as a paid service to others, or present them as coming from a licensed entity.
- (c) Upload images containing other people's personal data, content whose rights belong to a third party without permission, or unlawful content.
- (d) Attempt to bypass usage limits or account verification, or use automated tools or unauthorized programmatic access.
- (e) Reverse-engineer the app, extract its models or instructions, or copy the Service.
- (f) Use the Service to build a competing product or to train AI models.
- (g) Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violating this section.
9 · Content you upload
9.1. You retain your rights in the images you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the image for the sole purpose of producing the educational reading and returning it to you, including sending it to the AI provider we work with (OpenAI).
9.2. A chart image may be stored temporarily on our server while waiting for or undergoing analysis. The processing copy on our server is cleared when analysis completes, fails, is cancelled, or expires. Backups and our AI provider keep data under their own retention periods; see the Privacy Policy.
9.3. You represent that you have the right to upload the image, and that doing so does not violate the terms of the platform it was captured from.
10 · Intellectual property
10.1. The app, the website, the "Namatak" brand, logos, design, text, educational explanations and source code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
10.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the app on your devices for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
10.3. You may use your own analysis outputs for your personal educational purposes. When sharing them publicly, the attached disclaimer text must remain visible and must not be presented as advice.
11 · Account deletion and termination
11.1. You may request account deletion from inside the app or by writing to us. The Delete Account page describes the request process and the information currently published about active-service removal and backup schedules.
11.2. We may suspend the Service or terminate your account for violating these Terms, on suspicion of fraud or abuse, if required by law, or upon discontinuing the Service entirely with reasonable notice.
12 · Disclaimer of warranties
12.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuity, error-free operation, and accuracy of outputs.
12.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; the Service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, including outages of providers we rely on.
13 · Limitation of liability
13.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we, our licensors, nor our providers will be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage, nor for any trading loss, investment loss, or loss of profits, data or opportunities, arising from use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
13.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or the law, your use of outputs in a way that violates Section 8, or content you uploaded.
15 · Changes to the Terms and the Service
15.1. We may amend these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you inside the app or by email a reasonable time before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
15.2. We may modify Service features, discontinue some, or change the models used.
16 · Governing law and dispute resolution
16.1. The Operator is a Kuwaiti company, and these Terms are read in the context of the laws of the State of Kuwait, without prejudice to any mandatory protection granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
16.2. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably via support@namatak.com.
16.3. This section does not affect your right to approach the competent consumer-protection authority in your country.
17 · General provisions
17.1. App stores. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service, its content or its support. Each may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary with respect to your use of the app downloaded from its store.
17.2. Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
17.3. Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
17.4. Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may transfer them to a successor entity with notice.
17.5. Language. In case of conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
17.6. Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
