1 · What Namatak is
Namatak is an educational tool for learning to read charts. You choose the schools of technical analysis and the patterns you want to follow, and Namatak alerts you when one of them forms. You can also upload a chart image, and Namatak uses AI to describe what appears on it: the visible pattern, the drawn support and resistance levels, the general trend, conditional scenarios ("if X happens, the pattern is invalidated"), the risk attached to each scenario, and a short lesson. All of it has one purpose: helping you understand what you see on a chart.
2 · What Namatak is not
- It is not an advisor and does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
- It does not make recommendations to buy, sell or hold any stock, cryptocurrency, foreign currency, commodity or other asset.
- It does not give price targets, entry or exit points, or forecasts.
- It does not know your situation: your capital, your goals and your risk tolerance are not taken into account. What it shows is a general description, not personal advice.
- It does not connect to any trading account, execute trades, or hold funds.
3 · Licensing
Namatak is an education service. Its operator, Springwood Advertising Company (a Single Person Company), is not licensed by the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait, the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia, or any other financial regulator to carry out securities activities such as advice, financial analysis or portfolio management. Namatak does not replace a licensed professional.
4 · AI explanations can be wrong
The explanation of a chart image is produced by an AI model (provider: OpenAI) from the image alone, without live market data and without human review. It may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, and may misidentify the asset, timeframe, pattern or levels. The model states a confidence level (low/medium/high); a high level does not mean the scenario will occur. Pattern alerts follow fixed rules applied to price data, and a pattern that forms can still fail.
5 · Patterns describe the past
A technical pattern describes what has already happened on the chart. Its appearance does not mean the price will move in a particular direction, and past performance does not indicate future results. The scenarios Namatak shows are all conditional; none of them is a prediction or a directional call.
6 · Risk
Trading and investing carry risk, and you can lose some or all of your capital. Leverage magnifies losses, and cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and may be unregulated in your country. Only use money you can afford to lose.
7 · Responsibility
Any decision you make after using Namatak is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. Neither the operator nor its providers are responsible for a financial loss resulting from reliance on the tool's outputs. Details are in the Terms of Use.
8 · Before a decision
If you are considering an investment decision, speak to a licensed professional authorized by the regulator in your country, and look at your full financial situation. Namatak helps you understand the chart; the decision is yours.
9 · General content
What we publish on the website and on our social-media accounts is general educational content, and everything above applies to it. We do not publish directional readings of named Gulf-listed stocks, and we do not give recommendations in any post or private message.
